Stratfound Consult is a founder-led Ghanaian advisory firm working at the intersection of technology, public policy and organisational change. Our core focus is ICT, digital transformation and telecommunications: helping clients strengthen digital services, plan infrastructure and turn technology policy into practical implementation.

Founder & Lead Consultant · Professor of Telecommunications Engineering
Prof. Ahmed brings senior experience spanning telecommunications engineering, RF and microwave systems, technology policy, digital transformation, institutional leadership and capacity development. He is the founding Head of the Department of Telecommunications Engineering at KNUST.
His professional and academic experience includes contributions to Ghana’s AI Strategy, radio interference research for Ghana’s Radio Telescope at Nkutunse, UAV security research, and national Engineering and STEM curriculum development. His work also spans digital transformation, research infrastructure and institutional capacity building.
